Q Does hair transplant hurt?

Hair transplantation can be considered non-invasive surgery. The local anesthetic is able to provide a prolonged pain relief, so patients will not feel any discomfort. After surgery, the area that was operated on remains quiet for several hours. You may feel a little discomfort in the receiving or donating areas for a few days. This pain will subside within a few days.

Q How long does hair transplant last?

The number of bulbs to be transplanted will determine the duration of the intervention. It takes between 6 and 8 hours.

Q What is the risk of hair transplantation?

Because it is non-invasive and performed under local anesthesia, there are very few risks. Our patients only experience minor side effects post-operatively: mild swelling, itching and headaches. These symptoms disappear in a few days.

Q Will you notice blank spaces in the donor area?

No. This is the main concern for anyone who plans to have hair transplantation. FUE has a distinct advantage. FUE is a doctor who ensures there are other follicular units close to the one being extracted, thus ensuring that there are no empty spots in the donor area.

Q Will you notice scars after the transplant?
